Yes, our à la carte restaurant serves fresh cuisine throughout the day. The bar is open daily until midnight – perfect for rounding off the evening.
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 6:30–10:00 am, and weekends/holidays from 7:00–10:00 am. Expect a varied buffet with sweet and savory choices for the perfect start to the day.
Whether breakfast is included depends on the rate you booked.
Yes, all floors are easily accessible and barrier-free by lift.
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel – in rooms as well as public areas. No login or access code required.
Yes, we provide a secure bike storage room.
Our fitness room is open daily from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. The sauna can be activated on request for 21 € per use – simply let reception know.
Note: for environmental reasons, the sauna is not permanently heated. Thank you for your understanding.
Your spacious room (>20 m²) is air-conditioned, soundproofed and equipped with a high-quality innerspring mattress and allergy-friendly bedding. A small table provides workspace, TV and telephone keep you entertained and connected. The bathroom features a walk-in shower or bathtub, underfloor heating, a hairdryer and a separate toilet.
Yes, in our rooms the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Our rooms do not feature a minibar or fixed in-room kettle. However, you can book our Business Package – including a kettle, instant coffee, tea, and 0.75 l of mineral water. Drinks are also available anytime at our bar, which is open daily until midnight.
Each room has a small table with seating. Selected categories (roomz Xtra, Junior Suite) also include a full desk.
No problem! At reception we provide toothbrushes, sewing kits, irons, umbrellas & more – our little “life savers.”
Your room is cleaned carefully every day.
Austria’s tap water is among the cleanest in the world – you can drink it safely straight from the tap.
All our rooms are non-smoking! A cleaning fee applies in case of violation.
For group bookings of 10+ rooms, please contact us directly at groups.prater@roomz-vienna.com – we’ll prepare an individual offer for you.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out until 11:00 am.
Please note that special check-out arrangements apply to group bookings during the Christmas period.
A fast check-in is also available: if you provide your e-mail when booking, you’ll receive all the details in advance. On arrival, simply collect your room card at reception – quick and easy.

Our hotel is situated in a prime central location – just a 3-minute walk from Praterstern station. The city center can be reached in around 10 minutes via public transport.
Our roomz hotel & conference center is perfectly connected – whether you’re arriving by car or public transport:
By car: Use the Austria Campus Privatgarage, which offers direct access to the hotel. Parking is available for €24 per day.
By public transport: Praterstern station is just a 3-minute walk away, with access to the subway, regional trains, trams, and buses.
From the city center: Reach us in just about 3 minutes via subway, tram, or bus.
From the airport: We’re about 18 minutes away by car via the A4 motorway, or by train: S7 / REX 7 (30 minutes).
If you’d like an airport transfer, we’re happy to arrange one for you – just let us know in advance.
The underground garage provides direct access to our hotel & conference center. In Google Maps and other navigation apps, search for “Austria Campus Privatgarage” (note: it differs from the hotel address).
The entrance is located directly next to Hofer (Am Tabor 44, 1020 Vienna).
At the first barrier, take a ticket at the blue roomz-branded terminal, then continue to the second barrier (also branded). Our designated parking spots are located beyond this point.

When booking a package, we select the most suitable room based on the final number of participants and the event format. If you would like to reserve a specific room, this is possible when booking individual services.

No, bringing your own catering is not permitted. However, we offer a wide range of options in-house – from snacks to gala dinners.
From small get-togethers to large parties with up to 500 guests – everything is possible. Flexible rooms, the right atmosphere and tailored catering, from flying buffets to gala dinners. We’ll be happy to advise you personally and create the perfect setup together.
Sure! A shared dinner after your seminar is possible in our in-house restaurant. We’ll be happy to advise you on menu suggestions or customized arrangements.
Yes – the conference center is part of the roomz hotel with 265 rooms. Perfect for guests or speakers traveling in, or for those who simply want to end the evening in comfort.
All rooms feature modern equipment: projector or screen, flipchart, pinboard, high-speed Wi-Fi, professional lighting, blackout facilities and air conditioning. Additional equipment such as microphones, mobile screens or a stage can be provided on request.
Block, U-shape, theater/cinema, classroom, cabaret, banquet or reception – we’ll set up the room to suit your format.
Snacks and drinks are set up directly in the break area right outside your room. Lunch is generally served in our restaurant.
