Our event spaces offer plenty of room and flexibility for Christmas parties of all kinds. Rooms C1 & C2 in particular can be customized individually – including stage setup and tailored lighting concepts.
Culinary options can be fully adapted to your preferences: we are happy to create a personalized menu for you. A dance floor can also be arranged – perfect for a lively finish to the evening. Table decorations and individually designed menu cards can be added upon request.
The spacious area in front of the rooms is ideal for receptions – for example with sparkling wine, mulled punch and roasted chestnuts. A dedicated bar and ample space for a buffet are also available.
Yes, car presentations are possible. Our rooms C1 & C2 feature direct access, allowing vehicles to be brought straight into the space – ideal for presentations or staged showcases.
Sure! A shared dinner after your seminar is possible in our in-house restaurant. We’ll be happy to advise you on menu suggestions or customized arrangements.
Yes – the conference center is part of the roomz hotel with 265 rooms. Perfect for guests or speakers traveling in, or for those who simply want to end the evening in comfort.
Venue & Facilities
All rooms feature modern equipment: projector or screen, flipchart, pinboard, high-speed Wi-Fi, professional lighting, blackout facilities and air conditioning. Additional equipment such as microphones, mobile screens or a stage can be provided on request.
Block, U-shape, theater/cinema, classroom, cabaret, banquet or reception – we’ll set up the room to suit your format.
Snacks and drinks are set up directly in the break area right outside your room. Lunch is generally served in our restaurant.
Location & Accessibility
Yes, the Praterstern transport hub is just about a 3-minute walk away. From there, you have access to the U1 and U2 subway lines, as well as S-Bahn trains, regional trains, buses, and various tram lines.
The Vienna Prater is just a short walk away and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.
Our hotel is centrally located – just a 3-minute walk from Praterstern station (subway, bus, tram, S-Bahn & trains). The city center can be reached in approximately 10 minutes via the U1 subway line (towards Oberlaa).
The city center is just a few minutes away by public transport. For example, you can reach St. Stephen’s Cathedral directly in around 7 minutes via the U1 underground line.
The VIECON – Vienna Congress & Convention Center is quick and easy to reach: By public transport, you can get there in just a few minutes – it’s about a 3-minute walk from the hotel to the subway. Take the U2 line (towards Seestadt) for one stop to “Messe-Prater”, followed by a 2-minute walk.
Alternatively, it’s around 6 minutes by car or approximately 20 minutes on foot.
The Austria Center Vienna can be reached in approximately 6 minutes by car.
By public transport, you can get there conveniently via the U1 subway line (towards Leopoldau): from the hotel, it’s about a 3-minute walk to Praterstern station. From there, you can travel directly to Kaisermühlen VIC. From the station, it’s an additional 5-minute walk.
Our roomz hotel & conference center is perfectly connected – whether you’re arriving by car or public transport:
By car: Use the Austria Campus Privatgarage, which offers direct access to the hotel. Parking is available for 25€ per day.
By public transport: Praterstern station is just a 3-minute walk away, with access to the subway, regional trains, trams, and buses.
From the city center: Reach us in just about 3 minutes via subway, tram, or bus.
From the airport: We’re about 18 minutes away by car via the A4 motorway, or by train: S7 / REX 7 (30 minutes).
If you’d like an airport transfer, we’re happy to arrange one for you – just let us know in advance.
The underground garage provides direct access to our hotel & conference center. In Google Maps and other navigation apps, search for “Austria Campus Privatgarage” (note: it differs from the hotel address).
The entrance is located directly next to Hofer (Am Tabor 44, 1020 Vienna).
At the first barrier, take a ticket at the blue roomz-branded terminal, then continue to the second barrier (also branded). Our designated parking spots are located beyond this point.
